Inspired by his own experiences within corporate cultures that stifled communication and led to low morale/high attrition, Benjamin Sweeney (Founder & Owner of tiptoe.) recognized a need for change. He envisioned tiptoe as a solution to this pervasive problem. The platform was created to empower employees to share honest, anonymous feedback, ultimately bridging the gap between staff and leadership to foster healthier, more productive workplaces, sports teams, companies, organizations, etc.
